I have been working together with NetMatch since 2009. NetMatch proved to be very flexible during the implementation of the Secretsline solution. The timelines were very ambitious and the web services provided by the back office systems have been very unstable and changed a lot. One week before the planned going live there have only been very few people who believed in a successful launch of the website but NM made it happen. To meet the deadline we had to shorten the test phase substantially but still only few bugs occurred on production.

NetMatchs' employees are not only technicians; they also know how the travel business runs. If we come up with an idea, we know that it can be challenged by our contact at NetMatch. As NetMatch knows the best practices in travel business we usually can find solutions which are beyond the original idea and can as well be implemented in a lean way.

TourWeb offered us a broad range of features we could choose from to compose and customize our website. Together with several tailor made features the result is very unique. Even within the TourWeb features we have been able to implement special needs (e.g. search for non-available-hotels or specific calendar functions on the hotel detail page), which had not been provided by default at the start.

Realistically I feel that more than a positive feedback by an enthusiastic customer what NetMatch deserves is an honest acknowledgment of how an initially skeptical client has been completely conquered a bit a time. TUI Cruises was formed in April 2008. As cruise brand we target the German-speaking market and offer contemporary well-being holidays at sea. TUI Cruises GmbH is a joint venture between TUI AG and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Our company's headquarters are in Hamburg/Germany.

We work with NetMatch since autumn 2008. We have chosen NetMatch due to their sophisticated knowledge of DaVinci, our reservation system, and their experience in building internet booking engines for tour operators. Since our long lasting partnership we launched our "Meine Reise" area (January 2009), our price search (November 2009) and finally our internet booking engine (August 2010) successfully.
