Every year our team comes together for an extraordinary team-building retreat filled with workshops, fun, adventure, reflection and plenty of celebration! With nearly the whole team present last year, in a fairytale fall setting, at Valea Draganului the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement. We kicked things off with an interactive feedback workshop, creating an open and supportive space for communication, collaboration and team bonding. Afterward, it was time for adventure, some of us hit the trails for breathtaking hikes, while others opted for dynamic bike rides. For those looking to unwind, the resort’s beautiful surroundings and inviting wellness area provided the perfect setting for relaxation. And of course, no retreat would be complete without a celebration! We wrapped up the weekend with an epic party, where the laughter and music flowed, bringing everyone together to dance! It was an unforgettable weekend where we bonded, grew and made lasting memories together as a team!
