If you apply for a job, we will retain your personal data for a maximum period of five years. If the vacancy you applied for has been filled or withdrawn, we will delete all personal data you provided, such as your resume and cover letter, unless you have given us explicit consent to retain your data for a longer period to consider you for future job opportunities.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the (pre-contractual) execution of an employment agreement or your consent for retaining your information for up to one year.

Please note that certain details, such as a passport photo, place or country of birth, membership in trade unions, sexual orientation, and health status, are considered special personal data. You are not required to include this information in your curriculum vitae or cover letter, as it is not relevant for the assessment of your application.

Contact Form
If you wish to ask a question or contact us for any other reason, you may use the contact form available on our website. The information you provide via the contact form is used exclusively to process your inquiry, request, or comment. In this process, we process the following personal data:

After responding to your inquiry, we delete your personal data unless it is required for further evaluation or handling related to your contact.

Job Application
During the application process, personal data necessary to assess your suitability as a candidate for the vacant position is collected and stored in an application called Matchme, which was developed by us and is exclusively used by us. We will use this data solely for the purpose of evaluating your application. As you progress through the recruitment process, we may process additional data, such as information required for a background screening.

At the initial stage of the application process, the following data is typically processed:

  • Full name, address, place of residence, telephone number, and email address (NAWTE data);

  • Date and place of birth;

  • Gender;

  • Nationality;

  • Marital status;

  • Curriculum vitae (CV);

  • Cover letter;

Details of education, courses, and training.

Access for Customers and Partners
Our SharePoint portal contains information that is exclusively intended for customers and partners. Through this portal, we provide you, as a customer or partner, access to our knowledge related to specific projects. To gain access, you must request an account and provide us with your personal details. If we determine that you meet the access criteria, we will notify you, and you will then have access to the project information.

Since you are requesting the account yourself and thereby participating in the portal, we ask for your consent to process your personal data.

NetMatch SRL
We may share your personal data, such as a curriculum vitae (CV), with the Romanian private limited liability company “NetMatch SRL.” To ensure the proper handling and protection of your personal data, we have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with NetMatch SRL. This agreement ensures that your data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, and that appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to safeguard your information.

Data Processors
We may utilize the services of third parties to process personal data. These third parties, known as “processors,” will always operate under the responsibility of NetMatch B.V. and are prohibited from using personal data for their own purposes. We have entered into data processing agreements with these processors.

These processors include our hosting provider and suppliers of online tools. We use these tools, for example, to send newsletters, respond to your questions or comments, and manage job applications.
